Do you cater to specific dietary requirements/allergies?
We will endeavour where possible to accommodate specific dietary requirements such as gluten free. It is imperative that we are informed of any allergies or dietary restrictions at time of booking.

Do you offer vegetarian/vegan options?
Each of our menus has a Vegetarian option available. Where you require Vegan options please advise us at the time of booking.

What is the last reservation time?
Our last lunch reservation can be made for 2.30pm and dinner 9.00pm.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Our gift vouchers can be purchased in house from the restaurant at 36 Kelvingrove Street, Glasgow G3 7RZ with FREE luxury gift packaging. Alternatively purchase online by clicking GIFT VOUCHERS from our main menu, we offer a wide choice of delivery and gift packaging options.

Is there a dress code?
We would like our guests to be comfortable when dining with us so we would describe our dress code as smart casual but respectfully ask that no sportswear, flip flops or casual shorts are worn.

Do you accept dogs?
We regret to advise that we cannot allow pets in the restaurant, with the exception of guide dogs.

Do you welcome children?
Yes we welcome well behaved children of all ages, with a highchair available with prior notice. Whilst we do not have a specific children’s menu available we will endeavour to offer various options, as per your child’s preferences.

Is there wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, due to the listed status of the building, we are currently unable to offer any dedicated disabled access at this time. The restaurant building is only accessible from the street level via approx 11 concrete steps.

What is your cancellation policy?
In the event that you need to cancel or modify your reservation please give us 72 hours notice. A fee for cancellations/modifications made with less than 72 hours notice will be charged automatically, using the card details provided at the time of booking (£35 per person in respect of a lunch reservation and £80 per person in respect of a dinner reservation). Non arrival without notice will result in a full charge being made automatically.
